Mature learners face complex Student Finance England regulations, unfamiliar entry requirements, and worries about fitting study around existing family and work commitments. Many education agencies operate with opaque commissions and aggressive sales tactics that erode trust.

Orienta needed an authoritative, welcoming digital platform that provides completely free, honest university admissions advice, clarifies government funding in plain English, and guides adult students from initial curiosity to classroom enrolment.

• Multilingual Support: Structured the content architecture to serve London’s diverse communities in English, Portuguese, Romanian, and Hindi.
• Strict Accessibility (WCAG AA): Built an automated accessibility testing pipeline with Playwright and Axe-Core to guarantee high-contrast legibility, screen-reader compatibility, and keyboard navigation.
• Ethical Conversion Funnels: Integrated direct telephone, email, and WhatsApp enquiry workflows aligned with the UK National Code of Ethical Practice for Education Agents.

The new platform positions Orienta as London’s premier ethical higher education consultancy for mature students. Sub-second page loads on Cloudflare Pages ensure prospective students can access guidance on any device, while the structured eligibility checker significantly increases the quality and readiness of inbound student consultations.
